ACAP

AIDS/HIV Care Access Project. This program of the Washington Health Foundation provides assorted HIV/AIDS care services, including administration of the EIIP.


ADAP

AIDS Drug Assistance Program. ADAP is a term often used by both the federal government and states to describe HIV/AIDS prescription drug services.


EIP

Washington State AIDS Drug Assistance Program (Early Intervention Program) pays for a variety of services to help meet the health care needs of low to moderate income people with HIV who live in Washington.


EHIP

Evergreen Health Insurance Program. This statewide program pays insurance premiums for people with an AIDS diagnosis. For information call 1-800-945-4256.


Washington State Department of Health Prescription Drug Program

Washington State Department of Health Prescription Drug Program is a program within the Department of Health HIV Client Services.


WSHIP

Washington State Health Insurance Pool. Also called the "high risk pool", this private insurance plan is organized by the state government and private companies to provide coverage to disabled persons who are not able to receive regular private health insurance.
