How Do I Receive Payment?
Pharmacies have the option of receiving payment electronically through ACH payments or via a manual check payment process. The electronic payments expedite payment receipt and improve pharmacy cash flow.
All pharmacy payments are accompanied by a HIPAA compliant remittance advice detail. Pharmacies can receive a paper remittance advice detail or an electronic detail via a secured Internet download, encrypted CD, or secure shell file transfer protocol (SSH FTP).
What is ADAP?
AIDS Drugs Assistance Programs (ADAP) are State-based programs funded in part by Title II of the Ryan White CARE Act created in 1990 by the US Congress. ADAPs provide medications to treat HIV disease or prevent related serious deterioration of health. Drugs provided and eligibility criteria are determined state by state with a focus on serving low income individuals.
