San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH)
The San Bernardino County DBH Prescription Drug Program provides payment assistance for certain behavioral
health-related prescription medication to San Bernardino County residents who have met program eligibility requirements.
Members who have been determined eligible to receive prescription drug payment assistance from the San Bernardino County DBH will receive a client identification card from the County. They can present this card to a contracting pharmacy to get their medications.

The client can fill their prescriptions through any one of the participating pharmacies in the Ramsell Public Health Rx’s pharmacy network for the San Bernardino County DBH Prescription Program.

What Are the Eligibility Requirements?
Eligibility for the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health is determined by the Financial Interviewers located at each clinic.
San Bernardino County DBH Prior Authorization Process
Prior authorization is required for all drugs that are not listed on the formulary and for prescriptions that fall outside of the dispensing guidelines as indicated on the formulary.
