Sophia Byndloss is the President of Ramsell Public Health Rx. Mrs. Byndloss has 12 years experience in pharmacy benefit administration. Her experience includes an extensive knowledge of PBM systems and pharmacy claims processing. She has experience in operational execution with a proven ability to develop and implement programs which streamline processes and deliver measurable results. She has demonstrated broad business leadership capacity with a proven ability to develop and implement programs and services that deliver quantifiable results.
Sophia’s leadership in pharmacy benefit management operations has led to new reporting and analysis when implemented, positively impacted operations and client service. In addition, Mrs. Byndloss has implemented numerous cost reducing/revenue enhancing programs that directly and immediately improved financial performance.
Like many of her colleagues, Mrs. Byndloss is an active member in her community. She coordinates health seminars, which provide information on health issues, preventive care and disease management. Additionally, Byndloss serves on the board for an Oakland public charter middle/high school, the Oakland School for the Arts, as a community representative.
A member of the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs since 2002, Sophia is the lead liaison to Ramsell Public Health Rx’s public health clients. She also has developed a customer service program for the people who receive much-needed services through Ramsell Public Health Rx.
Mrs. Byndloss currently holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from California State University East Bay along with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. With a combination of savvy, passion and technical ability, Sophia is committed to meeting the needs of Ramsell Public Health Rx clients and program members.
Tim has over 20 years of sales, marketing, product development, customer service and operations experience in service industry companies including Managing Director of Global Sales at Fedex and V.P. and General Manager of Electronic Commerce at QRS.
Tim has over 7 years of experience in the health care industry as the COO of Health Care Cost Management, a PBM auditing and pharmaceutical cost management consulting firm. Tim is responsible for sales & marketing and developing the strategic roadmap of the company.
Oakland, Calif., May 12, 2008 - Ramsell Public Health Rx today announced that it will administer a full suite of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) solutions for the Bridging the Gap, Colorado (BTGC) program, a State Pharmaceutical Assistance Program (SPAP) that covers the costs of a participant’s Medicare deductible, co-payment and coinsurance. The customizable PBM solution will provide a comprehensive package to meet BTGC’s service needs, including coordination of benefits, claims adjudication, pharmacy network management and data management.
