Tom Loker was appointed the Chief Operating Officer of Ramsell Holding Corporation in June 2005. Prior to joining Ramsell Mr. Loker was the founder and senior partner of Wild Tiger Holding Company and Thomas Loker Consulting. Founded in March of 1995 and located in Danville, California TLC gained recognition throughout Silicon Valley and the investor community as a leading consulting firm in executing corporate structuring for incubating startups and providing "Iron Lungs" for companies in distress. Wild Tiger specialized in providing "Tiger Teams" that consisted of an extensive group of experienced professionals that serve as a temporary executive team in order to manage the growth of start-ups and revitalization of distressed companies.
Mr. Loker has over 30 years experience in sales, marketing, finance and operations. While much of Mr. Loker's experience is with technology-oriented companies, he also has significant experience in other industries, including healthcare, biotech, consumer retail, telecom services and education. At the request of Oakland mayor Jerry Brown, Mr. Loker served as a member of the Board of Directors and later as President of the board of The Oakland School for the Arts, a grade six through 12 performing arts charter school, from December 2006 through December 2007.
Mr. Loker serves on the board of directors or as an advisor to the board of ICOMMM Corporation, Safebridge Consultants, Inc., Flowers Heritage Foundation, and Ramsell Corporation. Loker is proud to have joined forces with Flowers' Ramsell organization, and has been instrumental in restructuring Ramsell and its subsidiaries and operations to ensure consistency and integrity to the mission of Ramsell Holding Corporation - serving the underserved and taking care of the most fragile among us.
Prior to Ramsell, Mr. Loker held several senior executive management positions from President & CEO to Vice President and Director level in companies such as ICOMMM Corporation, Sybersay Communications, Mylinx Corporation, MGV International, Power UP Software, ComputerLand and Epson America. As the Founder and Senior Partner of Wild Tiger Holding Company and Thomas Loker Consulting, Mr. Loker provided services for major high technology players such as NEC Technologies, Canon Computer Systems Division, Toshiba America Information Systems, MZ Group, Merrin Information Services, Celluland, Commodore International, National Pools Corporation, MGV International, Lucille Salter Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford, BGI Datentechnik(Germany) , MooseLogic, Dimension Technologies, SunnyComm, Cycore Technologies (Sweden), 2M Invest(Norway), I-planet and others.

With the help of Ramsell’s ADAP Management system, the state program will be handled electronically for the first time, allowing for streamlined coordination and access to critical medication for participants.
